Dear Comba FC Family,
With great excitement, I am please to announce that Comba FC is now a full member of the Utah Youth Soccer Association and a legally registered not for profit with the Internal Revenue Service. I want to thank those volunteers who helped shepherd this complicated process over the past 8 months. I also want to thank all Comba FC parents, players, team managers and coaches for your trust and confidence in our ability to build the most kid focused club in the state.
What does this mean for you and your kids? First, it means that we can create unique relationships with sponsors to help keep the cost low for all kids. We will work hard to ensure any sponsors support the Comba FC values with a focus on creating an unmatched experience for the boys. We will also look to create opportunities for our sponsors to interact with the Comba FC family to help bring added value for their contributions and create a long term relationship with our sponsors. We are pleased that Marc Poulson will lead up our effort to engage with sponsorship opportunities. If you or your organization would like to participate, please get in touch with Marc at 801-882-9827 or email@example.com. Second, it means that donations you give Comba FC, above the normal fees, could be tax deductible. I know there are many who work for generous organizations who match employee gifts. I want to thank those in advance who are willing to use the opportunities to support our club. If your company needs proof of Comba’s non-profit status, contact Trey Reynolds at firstname.lastname@example.org. I also want to assure you that these monies will be consistent with our mission and value statement in supporting the development of the kids. Third, it means that we are eligible for all of the benefits UYSA provides including using player development passes. In addition, we are a voting member so we can participate in the future of UYSA.
Thank you all for everything you do for COMBA FC. I am amazed with the generosity of our COMBA Family. So many of you have been generous with your time, your talents and your financial resources. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
